NEW LIFE

She got into a taxi with her two children and two suitcases. He was looking through the window and seeing how the car moved away on the road. He wanted to wait there because he thought she had made the wrong decision and she would come back. But she did not do it.
She had made the most important decision of her life and she was starting a new stage in a remote place in the world.
Now she would never fly in her memories because she was living in the present and she had closed the door of the past forever.

    Too much of a fragment to work on its own, although the situation is familiar and easy to understand. We could use a little background for the dramatic departure.

    What was your backwards phrase - I can't seem to find it??
